Nazarban Shop

Ready-Made Business Tools, on Telegram

Nazarban Shop (@nazarban_order_bot) is a digital product store that lives inside Telegram. You open it, pick what you want, and walk out owning a working bot — there is no download, no onboarding call and no contract anywhere in that path. On the shelf today is Nobatyar, an appointment-booking bot that carries your own business's name, colours and vocabulary, gives your clients one permanent link to book through, and puts your whole day in a panel on your phone.

Buying it is deliberately the shortest path we could build: signup is a single field, because a form in front of a product nobody has seen yet is where people stop. You type the name of your practice, see a live preview of the public link you would get, choose a term, and transfer card-to-card; an operator approves the receipt, usually within minutes, and your bot starts. Payment is card-to-card because there is no gateway worth having in this market, and the code is written so a real gateway would replace one module without touching anything beneath it.

The commercial machinery is built around the failure modes that actually cost money: the order is recorded before the money moves, so a screenshot arriving later attaches to something that already knows what it is worth; approval is a database transition rather than a button, so two operators tapping at once deliver one thing; a forwarded receipt is refused by a uniqueness constraint rather than by whoever is on support that day; and a price change never re-quotes an invoice somebody is already walking to the bank with. Renewal, upgrades and support all run through the same bot, and /support on it reaches a person rather than a menu.
